Return & Refund Policy – Trativaa
At Trativaa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have strict return and refund policies in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Condition at Delivery
Customers must check the condition of the product upon receiving it from the courier. If the product is received in good condition, no return or replacement will be applicable later unless it falls under warranty service.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If the product has any manufacturing defect upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 24 hours via our:

The product must be unused and undamaged

The original packaging (box) must be intact
Failure to meet these conditions will disqualify the product from being eligible for return or refund.
3. Wrong Product/Package
If the package seems incorrect upon delivery (not matching the order), do not open or damage the box.

If opened or used, or the packaging is destroyed, it will not be accepted for return or replacement.
4. Replacement for Defective Items
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, inform us via call or email.
Our customer support team will verify the issue and proceed with a replacement only if necessary after proper inspection.
5. Courier Charges
If a replacement is approved due to product defects, the courier charge for the return/exchange will be borne by the customer.
6. No Return Without Fault
If a product is purchased after reviewing its description and received in perfect condition, it cannot be returned or refunded based on personal preference or change of mind.
7. Digital Products
Software or software licenses purchased from our store are non-refundable and non-returnable.
8. Processing Time for Refunds
In special cases where a return/refund is approved, the process will be completed within 10 to 20 working days.
Note: Some cases may take longer depending on the circumstances.
9. Refund Charges
All refunds processed through Mobile Financial Services or Online Payment Gateways will be subject to applicable refund processing charges.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If the product packaging is visibly damaged or broken, please do not accept the parcel from the courier.
If accepted, the customer will bear full responsibility, and no complaints or returns will be entertained.
11. Cashback Adjustments
If a cashback or discount was applied at the time of purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund total, if applicable.
